Hello, The app itself is very nice and good, but it charged me a 1 year payment on the first day of trial week?! However, in description says it should be charged once the trial week ends! Could you help me to get my money back, please? It happened just now and I did not use the app yet. If I cancel the subscription today, can I refund the payment???

Hello, my little sister downloaded that application in December 2019 and (I guess) bought I year subscription without my permission and knowledge and she deleted that application in that moment. Without using any free trial or something. I recognize it today when it took money from my account. I have never been used application. Please could you cancel my subscription and send money back.

My girlfriend’s child installed this application without my knowledge, and he told me that he did not know anything about a paid subscription. In fact, I think he tried to cancel it, but did not figure out how. It was a mistake, I did not give permission for this payment and found out about it only now! The transaction took place only this morning, less than half a day has passed (the traditional deadline for refunding funds from the App Store is 90 days, as far as I know). I did not use this program, this is not some trick. Please help me refund and cancel my subscription. I’m just a student, and I don’t have much money, and this application is very expensive, I would never renew my subscription for a year, I don’t have that kind of money

They said I can do a 3-day free trial. I confirmed and then at midnight I got a charge on my card for the subscription price. Not happy. Please don’t false advertise. Will not be using this again.

Definitely recommend getting the plus feature, you can’t really do much without it.

I love this game but I kinda wish there wasn't so much with subscription because that limits your creativity but at least we know nothing can are limit imagination.

The app is really good & the templates are amazing but I would love an option for creating my own template, also to see the variety of stuff I can add from the menu.

I signed up for the annual subscription after the app advertised that I’d get a 7 day free trial prior to billing. Instead, I was billed the annual subscription immediately upon subscribing, no free trial. Had to submit a claim to Apple for reimbursement.

It doesn’t seem to continue after purchase. What a waste!
