lots of glitches
The app doesn’t works at all on iPad. I keep getting pop up error message. I cannot find all my 45gb files which I can see on Andriod and windows. Vey limited features and functions

The worst ever iOS app I’ve being pushed to use
It is a shame for company like ASUS even to place on the App Store such baby app looks like to be done better even by a six years old hobbie child
Poor
Why change what was working trying to pay videos through the app is hopeless no way to skip see the time the video on
Deleted then re downloaded.
This fixed crashing issue.
Useless
It’s useless as I can’t login as it falsely claims my password is incorrect. The same password works fine on the website.
Horrible... waste of money
I have been using Asus Webstorage for quite a while. Last month I realize than many files were not saved on the server. Contacted customer service and they started pulling my leg saying that they have not received information that I have sent several times. When I did ask for a refund as they were breaching the contact not providing the service I paid for, I received a mail from them saying that they would do maintenance and they have not contacted me again. I have deleted all the files and I am considering as lost the £28 I paid, definitely moved to another server which actually works. Do not waste the money with ASUS Webstorage as the service is appalling and the customer service is even worse.
Poor Ui
Missing biometric login, lot of media file is not opening,upload from mobile on mobile data is very slow, and stops after a while.

This app is very good but it would be even better if you could edit your stuff on the go like you can with the 365 app on the App Store but this app is still very good

Please update this app, crashes all the time. I'm an ASUS user.

It's easy to upload but it has a poor interface compared with chrome also u can't view the files u uploaded needs updating
