Subscriptions created in the app are processed and managed by Apple. Your credit card will be charged through your Apple App Store account when you confirm your purchase. Subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription term. Exactly what I was looking for - Ate encourages mindful eating without counting calories. Love the thoughtful details like being able to write-up your “current focus”. I also like how the adding friends feature is optional, and not necessary. Highly recommended!

Last but not least share your meals virtually with friends for motivation and meal inspirations! For me the one thing missing with the app is tracking how much water I drink per day.

This is the app I’ve been looking for. The camera implementation is great, and the AI does its best to decipher what you’ve got on your plate. It’s not always on the money, but it gives you a good start on ingredient analysis. This app is flexible, non-judgmental, and open-ended so you can experiment with different nutrition strategies and approaches to eating. You can even make up your own! I LOVE THIS APP!! I love the “eat the rainbow” approach to nutrition. Great app, highly recommended.
