Subscriptions created in the app are processed and managed by Apple. Your credit card will be charged through your Apple App Store account when you confirm your purchase. Subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription term. Really like it
I like how I can track my moods, movement and food without judgement. I would love a function where I can switch out the order of photo’s if they are made at the same time.
As of the last week it happens often that I can’t see any photo’s my friends have taken. Sometimes they appear and then disappear again. It’s just a black square
I love this app
But unfortunately they’ve discontinued the free version and are switching to a subscription model without the option for a one time payment. And now you’re not even able to see your previous entries without paying for yet another subscription based app. I get it but at the same time I’m super disappointed.

Easy entry to mindful eating
As an overweight person with unhealthy eating habits, I use this app as a tracker of my meals and calories. Compared to other food trackers, it allows to create a meal entry in just 3 clicks and 5 sec so it doesn't bother you at all. I also like that it's designed to make you think not only about what you eat, but also why, where and with whom you eat. It gently pushes you to reflect if you're doing the right choice which to me sounds like an essence of mindful eating. I am deeply grateful for such a great app!
My only suggestions would be to add a meal cards export option and also a dedicated field to add meal calories (currently I use the description field).

The best food app tracker I’ve tried. It’s easy to use and it records the essential - what you eat and drink, when and why. Love the on-path / off-path timeline and the fact that it helps you focus on smaller goals. The daily recap is just amazing!
There’s just 2 little things I’m missing in the app. The possibility to customise the quantity of water I drink each time and the possibility to edit a meal photo on the day after. Not the meal itself but just the photo. I like my photos to look nice but I don’t always have the time to immediately edit them. It would be nice to have the possibility to add a new photo even on the day after.

This is the app I’ve been looking for. The camera implementation is great, and the AI does its best to decipher what you’ve got on your plate. It’s not always on the money, but it gives you a good start on ingredient analysis. This app is flexible, non-judgmental, and open-ended so you can experiment with different nutrition strategies and approaches to eating. You can even make up your own! I LOVE THIS APP!! I love the “eat the rainbow” approach to nutrition. Great app, highly recommended.
Hope to add a way to write down pre meal plan
It is a really good app to record what you eat and thinking on a daily basis. But I hope it can add another function that is to put the meal plan there as well so to help with meal pre and compare
