Where to start.. 1. Multi language? not fully translated to english, some buttons are in german !! 2. Wrong translation? there is a check-in button, but i dont want to check in, i want too look and check if my booking is ok. 3. Phone numbers. Why Am I getting an Austrian phone number? This could be fixed with a localisation in app to get a proper local phone numbers 4. In reality its not realy an app. its just getting ALL, and I mean ALL information are downloaded from the website. So if you in between flights you have to be connected to internet. The app doesnt work withou it.

Die app ist einfach nur eine Frechheit, wie kann man sowas 2024 veröffentlichen, nichteinmal das account anlegen funktioniert, wtf….

When it works it’s a helpful and very useful app. But for me the check in process was very frustrating and for one flight it kept looking like i hadn’t checked in yet, even though i’d already done the process twice and had received my boarding pass via mail.

Derzeit kann man nicht von VIE wegfliegen. Die App kennt Wien nicht.

Leider wird diese App immer schlechter, unübersichtlich und läuft nicht stabil. Sehr mühsam.

Bin rundum zufrieden, außer: musste wegen schwerem Krankheitsfall einer nahen Verwandten stornieren. Die Kommunikation mit AUA war nahezu nicht möglich und unbefriedigend. Ich hätte mir mehr Hilfe und Flexibilität gegenüber einem Stammkunden gewünscht. Das hat mich geärgert. Weil Ihr Online Systeme den Kunden nicht als treuen Kunden erkennen kann. Aber sonst bin ich mit AUA sehr zufrieden.

All the integrations to M&M and others are terrible. The fact that for the flight compensation, the SUBMIT button leads to a broken page is unacceptable (one fills long form for a flight where all details are in the app, only to be directed to failed page)
