Worst airline app ever. They have to use a separate check in solution outside of the app. What is the purpose of the app then?! Maybe they should have a look at their competitors and see how easy it can be made…?

The updated app is actually really great - easy and modern design. Great overview.

Not loading the flights ! It says Due to technical error ....

I need to login every time because the app doesn’t remember the login details. Please fix it.

This outdated airline company allow a miserly 8 kilo per person hand baggage. On our return journey Vienna to Copenhagen there was a ‘razzia’ at Terminal 3 ( Austrian Airways ) where a representative from AA was weighing all hand baggage and measuring for size, almost all passengers on various flights where made to pay excess baggage charge. Our bags where 9 kilo each and we had to consolidate our excess weight and pay 40€ to check the one hand baggage in, on the AA website, they charge 25€ per item for checked in luggage, so if you make the mistake of buying a souvenir or two in Vienna then you will be punished by Austrian Airlines. Normally wherever we travel we spend an average of 200-300€ at the airport shops with food and more souvenirs or goods however this time and due to the penny pinching of Austrian Airlines we refused to use a penny more. We will never fly this company again.
