Bamboo App

Have tried contacting them three times about an order I made through an active business on their app but the business has closed down and I was charged. Not sure why closed down businesses are still on the app and even worse that I have been charged and can’t get any support.

So easy to skip the q with bamboo! Quick and convenient with all my local stores online

Made an order with a restaurant that wasn’t even open, however this app didn’t tell me that, but it did still take the full amount from my account. Still waiting for a response, despite the message service which “typically replies in minutes”. Slow, poor service and obviously the app isn’t up to date with any relevant information.

Always v friendly staff

Makes the morning commute a lot better knowing I can skip the usual long queue to pickup my Flat Deece. Anybody who eats out but has a busy schedule, this app is a must! Customer support is excellent too, on the rare occasion there’s an issue. Definitely worth it. Competition watch out 👀

Really great app. Lunch without the hassle.

Can’t beat a good wow burger, and with the app just order on your way and no queue, grab a pint a Presto! Amazing!

Not sure what I did before bamboo. Can’t lunch without it anymore!

The app forces you to login with either a Google or a Facebook account. No e-mail option. I don’t have the first and I don’t trust the second enough to connect a food app with. So I uninstalled it right away.
