Worst website to order furniture everrrrrr. It take ages to get the items deliver and the item would stuck somewhere in between. Even after repetitive complaints they were blaming the warehouse team but nonetheless you won’t get your product delivered on time. Never order from this site.

Pepperfry is an online scam!! Extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my orders and the quality of products delivered. Before placing the order for a memory foam topper by a third class company called Looms & Needles, I updated my address to reflect my current location and made repeated efforts to ensure that the product would be delivered there. I spoke with several customer service agents and even escalated the matter by writing to senior officials. Despite my numerous calls and emails, the product was still delivered to my old address. This forced me to drive down to my old address to collect the topper, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. To make matters worse, upon opening the package, I discovered that the topper is only 2 inches thick instead of the 3 inches I had ordered and paid for. This was a clear violation of my order specifications and leaves me feeling shortchanged, misled and outright cheated. To make matters worse, they have now refused to refund my money and take the topper back. This after they wasted my time writing numerous emails. The second order, another scam, a bedsheet, was received in a damaged condition. Furthermore, the thread count was significantly lower than advertised, indicating inferior quality. While I returned the product, the refund I received was less than what I had paid.
