BCU Mobile Banking

I enjoy using the online banking app since I have moved out of state I am still able to make deposits, order checks, change my account settings all from the comfort of my personal device. I have been a member since 2016 and I don’t plan on looking elsewhere, you all have been wonderful every single time I call in with any issues it is always resolved in a timely fashion! Thank you BCU for being apart of my family.

It’s 2024, let me use your service with a VPN…. Appreciate the response! If it’s so risky why does American Express, Citi, CapitalOne, Wellsfargo, etc allow VPNs? Are they not safe to use?

The app is mediocre at best when compared to other financial institutions. If I could give zero stars, I would. The pop-up confirming your login attempts could use a complete overhaul, as well as BCU's account security measures. For instance, the pop-up notifications do not appear as actual push notifications and do not trigger as text messages, causing numerous missed notifications. If you are looking to connect a third party to monitor suspicious activity on your BCU account, do not expect those services to work properly or stay connected. Other financial institutions seem to have this aspect in order. I have raised this issue with BCU multiple times without a resolution.

I can’t login by BCU app because the verify human keep show up. Please fix it.

The app is very advanced in technology. Very useful to do our e banking.

My entire experience has been blissful, and all of the financial options are amazing. I am so glad that I have the opportunity to bank with BCU.

I can access my accounts but I cannot use mobile deposits cause no matter what iPhone I use they all do the same thing and that is it will not focus on the checks and blurs them out causing an error. I open the app on my Samsung S23 ultra and it works with no issues.

App is stuck on the loading screen please fix it

There are a lot of features that I like, I like seeing my balance with each transaction. I like seeing a copy of the check that I write. However, I want to be able to see a copy of the checks that I deposit. Especially when I take a picture of them to digitally deposit them. They should have a copy for me to view at any time. Also, I want a more streamlined view of my transactions (more lines if transactions on the screen) and only when I select the transaction to see more details.
