Beam - Escooter Sharing

Piece of trash. The instructions are so unclear. Only a few pictures. Took me $5 but still not able to disengage the kickstand. No help, No assistance, take you more than an minute to have a bot to answer you.( Maybe it’s how it makes money). It’s just a scam.

Only had Thai interface. No English in the app. Unreasonable charge to verify my credit card. Hardly able to go anywhere on the scooter.

it says it charges RM0.6/min but it charged me RM 30 for a 10 mins ride. ridiculous .

The vehicle’s can’t be ridden and the customer service can’t be contacted. I had to use the chat function but you can’t send messages as the questions are designed. So you can only fill out the questionnaire, which can only be seen after you ‘chat’ many times. And when you submit it, there will be many times when you fail to submit. Vehicles don't work, you can't provide any solutions, and you even get in the way of feedback, what else can you do? Hope you go out of business soon.

The scooters themselves are nice and fun, but customer service is terrible. They overcharged me and I contacted them twice, they gave me some bs answer and kept my money. Honestly, there are other companies that provide the same type of scooters, so I’d recommend trying some of the others out.

I haven't felt like a kid in years! Lol I'm so glad I got the courage up to get on a beam scooter today. This will be my mode of transport around Bendigo from this day forward! 😂👍🏾🧡
