Beam - Escooter Sharing

Pricing is not good. For these scooters to become part of how people move around you need to lower the pricing. 7rm to go down one street is too much.

No issues so far. There were some escooters that’s not performing at its optimal condition but overall still a highly recommend app.

App is seamless! Keep it up!

unbelievable My pass is gone from my account and they charge me so much money , no customer service no answer , the most terrible experience ever. STOP Taking money from my account

Too tall for short people and unsafe to ride

They moved my house outside the zone. What a trap.

The worst scooters I have ridden you have to park in such a small place even if your a centre meter out of the parking zone. They charge a stupid price to ride when it goes slow You have to pay a dollar just to open the app after that it’s a dollar to unlock the scooter. I do not recommend riding these scooters
