multiple times I have been charged for a bike that didn't even start. don't expect a refund as CS has not once responded. at least he clear about it and don't offer a support and feedback form if you're not going to reply and waste customers time on top of the initial scam

When ask to top up only have cc or debit card. Not really convenient when you want to use several times or for someone that is cashless or cardless. Please add additional top up method such as touch n go or online banking. Not everyone wants to subscribe. Some people want to use for leisure or one time only.

I had 2 issue today. 1. beam is stuck and not able to move, i end trip and its charge me full amount. beam shud have mechanism of minimum duration and if their bike is broken, it shouldnt charge us. 2. after beam stuck on first attempt i try another beam and work fine. i stop at area which are public, safe, and its dedicated for biycle scooter etc. but beam fine me rm30. i look anywhere and didnt see any sign not allowing beam bike. its literally a place where u can park and lock your bike. for both issue I try report but there is no hotline and only can sent ticket which goes to blackhole. I mean, dont bother to find your beam if any of them goes missing. im not gonna do anything but can totally understand if found them in bad condition.

Very accessible and convenient to use if you’re hoping from one place to another (places of attraction etc) . Definitely better alternative than getting a grab.
