One of the worst user experiences I’ve ever had with an app. Not user friendly. Extremely confusing questions. Feels like these was ZERO though put into making this an easy user experience.

The sign in button is faded out and isn’t working when you enter your username and password. Also, when I could log in a few weeks ago, the keyboard would not show up so you could enter in your dollar amounts when inputting an extended health care paramedical claim. Had to go to online site to claim. Very glitchy app.

Login key is bugged and can’t login. Must be how they keep claims so low…

Sometimes the app will let me log in but most times I get an error! Not very useful!

The app won't let me log in on my new phone. Looks like the connect key is just buggy. iPhone 14 pro on IOS16

The app keeps on asking you to enter in a password and even though each time you login it asks you if you want to use face id. Its been an issue for quite awhile. Otherwise good app.

New format took a couple of minutes for me to get oriented, but it works and looks great

It was all good until this January or February, every time I try to sign in it says “GeneralError” and then returns to the login page again. Until today March 18, 2020 I still can’t log in. Very frustrating.

This app is garbage. Sooo slow and I get errors all the time.

This app continues to forget my login information forcing me to dig out my benefit card to login. Very inconvenient. If they could solve this issue and get Touch ID working properly I would give it 5 stars but this issue is too large to ignore.
