Bento: Food Delivery in Cayman

First time using it, everything went beautifully!

This is the first time using Bento and the app is excellent! Very easy to use….def not the last time!

The service is way too slow. This is not good.

I ordered pick-up from a place 5 minutes from my house. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have the order. They called another location and the order was sent there. Why?! And why was I not told this would be the location before I confirmed the order? A quick 10 minute pick up turned into a 40 minute pick up with cold mushy food when I finally got back home. Will not be ordering through Bento again!

Fantastic app; easy to use!

Very hard to get the app to work upfront. I could not complete the order until I had added the address several times over so very frustrating. I almost gave up.

Twice i have had issues with the service and this app where my delivery was not made until over and hour later. The customer service didn’t seem to care nor would they refund the order! Do NOT use this app. Use Cayman Fine Dining as it is much better!

Love the selection, love the ease of it. I pickup from my favorite restaurants now more than ever. Thanks Bento!!

2 strikes against them: The first was when I ordered for delivery, utilized their chat services to change my order from ‘delivery’ to ‘pickup’. The chat services they provided doesn’t actually correspond with the drivers. As such my food was still collected (despite my changed instructions) and delivered to an empty house. The 2nd instance, was order food from a vendor the clearly stated that it is OPEN on the app. My order was made, the app (BENTO) charged my card. 20 minutes later I get correspondence from bento advising that the restaurant merchant is closed for services on that day and that I have to now wait 5days for refund. That is NUTS.

They deliver exactly what I crave!
