2 strikes against them: The first was when I ordered for delivery, utilized their chat services to change my order from ‘delivery’ to ‘pickup’. The chat services they provided doesn’t actually correspond with the drivers. As such my food was still collected (despite my changed instructions) and delivered to an empty house. The 2nd instance, was order food from a vendor the clearly stated that it is OPEN on the app. My order was made, the app (BENTO) charged my card. 20 minutes later I get correspondence from bento advising that the restaurant merchant is closed for services on that day and that I have to now wait 5days for refund. That is NUTS.
