Very thorough app. Targets all kinds of muscle systems I didn’t even know of. A lot of thought and work out into this.
My body loved being in these new yoga poses.🧘🏾♀️ I’ve been doing them every morning so far .the yoga video is very helpful for my upper body stiffness and I just found it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen every few seconds. Thank you.
I am new at calisthenics and but I am love working out and these workouts are really giving me a pump. Love it!
These workouts are masterfully put together. Strength,flexibility and skills all rolled into one. The workout are scalable, so they are as difficult (or as easy) as you need them to be. Do it now before you’re 58 like me, wishing you had found this program decades ago. I would highly recommend.
I have been training for most of my life. I have done so many different types of workouts. These routines are different as they approach the entire system (muscle, ligaments, fascia, etc) as a whole.
I know it’s definitely worth it, and my man needs to make some money off this stuff, but I don’t think I have the motivation to spend that much money.
This is so impressive- the thoughtful workouts with mobility and stretching built in. The way you can choose a level to match your skill. The way the components can be broken up to just support a specific goal. Overall amazing - very, very happy!

I have been using the app for about 2 months and have been very satisfied with it. I started out just using the body weight foundations plan, but have added in some of the 30-minute handstand routines as well so that I’m using the app 4-5 days per week. I have been loving learning all of these new skills and seeing my improvements in the progressions bit by bit. Highly recommended!
Sondre is a world class trainer and has developed programs, modules, and workouts to prove it. I’ve been training handstands/strength for a couple weeks and can already clearly see a difference in my body aesthetically and functionally. Highly Recommended!!
