You use to be able to pay on the app with card but now you can only pay in cash or in store which is weird why have the option to order online if you can’t pay with your card . It also deleted all cards on file . Probably won’t Use this app anymore been using it for years for the same places .

Will not save payment information or your address even though I have ordered several times from same restaurant. Since new update the App doesn’t work!

Can’t use this app and have before it stopped working

Used the new version of the app on 12/27/2024. Everything went smoothly with a delivery order I was placing. selected my restaurant, selected “delivery“, selected payment type, selected the tip amount, and hit the submit button. After I did that, the BM app switched my delivery to “pick up“ for some unknown reason. I called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate the BM’s glitch, but said they won’t do it again next time. so now I’m scared to use the app again. Also the new BM app failed to notify me of a discounted item I could have added add once my order reached a certain amount—a feature the old BM app always did. So I missed out on a free item. If the BM app did notify me, it didn’t stand out clearly like it did in the old version of the app.

You take orders at night for the next day but the restaurant ignored them and then takes over an hour after the scheduled time to give food. On Christmas. What’s the point in taking food the night before?

my order was late, the restaurant told me they couldn’t help because they don’t do delivery. there is no way to see the status of my orders or track delivery in this app. when I called customer service I learned DoorDash is delivering. what is the point of this app if another, better, company is doing the work. at least on their app I can see if an order was received and track the driver, and they care when an order is late.

The update, 2 in one day, erased my orders. Thanks. I may as well just call it in.

They forget to put items in your order . And always make you go through so many people when you call

My card was charged twice, app said declined. Order never received at restaurant. Won’t ever use again!!
