Five Guys Burgers & Fries

I don’t like putting in a mobile order in the lettuce and tomato have been sitting in the cheeseburger for a long time. I usually order it without lettuce and tomato and I asked the manager to provide lettuce and tomato on the side when I pick it up. He said he can’t do this anymore. So I need the developers of the app to add this feature.

They are using DoorDash to do the delivery except you can’t track the order like you can’t on door dash and can’t talk to the driver as well. We tried once we never got the order delivered

Foods always good. People always friendly. Great place for pickup or eat in. Never seen a problem at any location.

Condiments, particularly the sauces, become excessive and drench the burger if you enjoy the flavor of mixed sauces on your burger. Bring back light and extra condiment options in the app to stress the importance of the burger retaining its quality and proper bun consistency

Best ingredients, good quality meat, and clean restaurant.

I work a full time job and wanted to have some five guys and they said they deliver but they don’t they have to get a person from door dash to stand there and wait for the order to be made and then it might be delivered. They need to have a system where there employees do it or they shouldn’t do it at all because you took my money for an order to hopefully be delivered hours after it should have been.

Super easy app and self explanatory. Some of the secret menu items are impossible to order on the app though… don’t think I don’t know about the burger smashed between two grilled cheese. lol

These burgers are great and so are the employees! Always fresh and delicious!
