Okay the smart plugs work through the app but getting it to work with Siri or Google home has been impossible so no voice activation is possible for me. I’m trying to authorise Google home and it comes up on the app but that’s as far as it gets. The support pages don’t work properly either so I don’t even know what to do

I don’t know what you or even Apple have changed. But the app just stops responding basically after every menu change. Currently trash if you want to change any settings.

Went offline less than 24 hours after installation. Won’t come back online. Wouldn’t buy again.

Such a faff to set up! I cannot manage to program 6 lights all together and when I do it individually, the last light fitting manages to time out and you have to start the process all over again. But a smart light set up they said! Avoid a smart light set up I said
