Glitching Impossible to List Products
Haven't been able to list any products on mobile due to glitching. Always says "All variants must have a parcel template" regardless if it's selected or not applicable at all. Please fix this

Terrible. Used to be good. You can’t even talk to anyone that knows how to fix anything in the chat they offer. It’s probably just bots. They increased the monthly charge by 50% and it crashes more and more with every update that claims to fix bugs. It’s only become more and more complicated and irritating to use the more they update. Looking for a new service.
The new interface after the update is really bad and illogical, what is with the need to constantly change and make things more convoluted? Do you change the key layout on a keyboard? On a cash register or calculator? No, so why do that to people running a business? You invest the time in learning how to use the interface just for them to change it. Thankfully I have an older version of the app on a tablet I use still but recently the ability to see what has shipped and what hasn’t was deleted. Bring back the old interface and stop changing them every time there is an update.

big improvement from the old version app. i use the desktop version a lot less now
tonight I had an embarrassing and epic FAIL of a restock in my shop. I had a sale going live at 7pm and I went in and selected all my “hidden” items to change them to “active” at 7pm and the option to do so was BLANK!!!! I cannot tell you how frustrating it was to “show up” to big cartel restock only to not have the option to bulk “active” my items. WOW, embarrassing to have customers sending messages asking if they missed the sale….all the while, I’m frantically going through each item individually to change manually from “hidden” to “active”. This is NOT ok! How am I supposed to have restocks and launches at specific times and can’t change the status of an enormous amount of new items all at once??? Terrible and I am so furious this happened. PLEASE fix this!
FYI I may not have started selling but everything I needed to set up the app was amazing so thanks big cartel! You guys did an awesome job at putting the app together, especially with only needing to do FIVE things!?!? Like WHAT!?
Every time I click on the icon it pops up then glitches back out into the Home Screen
This app is amazing you have choice to pay for subscription or not which is a very good start, not only that but they set everything up and make it easy for its user to start selling products while allowing them to have room to grow and reach milestone it takes to strive to good healthy fabulous business. I don’t hear how good it is, I just hear how it free, not only that they recently just added an update for ALL SUBSCRIPTION even the $0 one. Amazing.
