Every update makes this worse, whoever is “tweaking” the app just needs to stop and look at it from an actual users perspective. Typical American interference. Absolute hate all the forced updates every few days. Ffs just sort it out so there’s an update once a month.

I would like to see a more inventory amount added to the diamond plan for the price. Other than this I have no faults with big cartel brilliant for starting off and getting the experience less confusing than shopify.big cartel has the potential to bounce back to the top with adding bigger and better platforms to the site

And I think it’s time to go somewhere else, the glitches are terrible sometimes the app works sometimes it doesn’t and it’s more expensive than Shopify and they have more integrated apps to do more website development

For the past year it’s crashed on start up.

Please fix all the glitches on this app every time I refresh my dashboard it goes black please fix.

Have used big cartel for a number of years now, love how easy it is to use and navigate. Only issue I’ve had lately is it seems to be glitching.. the app and the web browser, just seems to either not load up properly or it gets stuck and I can’t make edits or do anything else. There’s times when I cannot upload anything too, it just seems to be broken. Becoming very frustrated with it! But I do love it when it works!

Works flawlessly online and on pc but every time I log in and view my orders on this app, it automatically logs me out for no reason….. please fix this

Everytime i log in i then click on orders it takes me back to the sign up / login page after logging in

Tbh it’s very easy to use and set up , they help you make a shop . you can’t add too much yourself but you can design it how you like . I would like to see more payment methods added everything works great into something like ur stripe account gets banned and you can only accept paypal through your business , this stops a lot of business . but other than that it’s good

Ever since they updated/revamped the website it has been an absolute mess problem after problem nothing works as it should you try and edit item on a desktop and items just move themselves about, constantly logged on on phone, pictures deleting themselves, a nightmare trying to edit anything is a nightmare so disappointed
