아무래도 나 추가요금을 마음대로 부여한거 같다. 택시요금 예상은 300-400리라였는데 1000이 나오길래 왜 1000이 나오냐 했더니 유라시아 터널? 다리? 사용료 라고 했다. 그런데 나중에 결제창을 보니 유라시아 터널 이용료는 225로 따로 합산되고 택시요금이 두배넘게 마음대로 기사가 책정한거 같다. 너무 화가 나는데 환불해달라. 다시 정상적인 가격으로 결제되길 원한다. 그렇지 않으면 이 Bitaxi 어플을 믿을 수가 없다. 꼭 기사에게 연락해서 환불요청해라. I think they arbitrarily added an additional fee. The taxi fare was supposed to be 300-400 lira, but when it came to 1000, I asked why it was 1000, and they said it was for the Eurasian Tunnel? Ama sonra ödeme ekranına baktığımda Avrasya Tüneli kullanım ücreti ayrıca 225 olarak eklenmiş ve taksici keyfi olarak taksi ücretini iki katından fazla belirlemiş gibi görünüyor. Çok sinirlendim, lütfen bana iade edin. Ödemenin tekrar normal fiyattan yapılmasını istiyorum. Yoksa bu Bitaxi uygulamasına güvenemiyorum. Şoförle iletişime geçip iade talebinde bulunmanız gerekiyor. Turist avlayan taksiciler yüzünden tüm Türk halkına güvenemiyorum. Ülkelerinin imajını bozan ve kullanıcılara yardımcı olmayan dolandırıcı sürücülere yaptırım uygulanmaz ise uygulamanın da dolandırıcılığa ortak olduğunu düşünmeden edemiyorum.

This application is a garbage app. It connects foreigners with scam taxi drivers who are trying to rip people off. They overcharge you, and afterward, this application takes no responsibility whatsoever — instead, they desperately try to avoid it. Never use this application. It is a trash app from a trash country.

Almost of taxi drivers in Istanbul are scammers. They use this app just for catch up guests. While driving, they tell you that the internet connection condition is bad so the Bitaksi app disconnected. They have a captured image of Bitaksi that show much higher fare. Bitaksi never gives any penalty for such drivers. Bitaksi is not a platform such as Grab or Yandex. Bitaksi does not guarantee the fare. Never never never take a taxi in Istanbul. If you really need a taxi in the city, you can call another taxi-like service via booking dot com, Klooks, etc. The fare is half level of normal yellow taxi in Istanbul.

There is no location of car,, no way to track when the driver comes and where the driver is.. plus much more expensive than normal taxi and uber!

I tried several times, but credit card payment does not work.

Every single taxi driver said the price on the system is not a price customers pay. They said double the regular price or get out. What is bitaksi doing just watching these scam all day in Turkey??

I cant receive regist code of my korean number, what do i do??

터키라는 나라는 여행했던 곳 중 최악인거같네요. 사기를 방지하고자 다운로드했건 어플로 잡은 택시 기사 마저 사기를 치고, 그 사기를 해당 어플 서비스센터에 문의하니 돌아오는 말은 “경찰에 신고하세요. 해줄 수 있는게 없습니다” 뿐입니다. 택시 기사와 고객을 중개해주고 수수료를 받아가는 어플이니만큼 적극적인 대응이 필요함에도 소극적이고, 발뺌뿐입니다. 터키와 터키 기업의 국민성은 정말 최악입니다.

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!
