The worst app to use for rides in Turkey, it has the worst customer support, they can’t speak English. The drivers who use this app don’t care about the service or review because this platform doesn’t have any standards, drivers are scammers. Hundred times Better to use Uber in Turkey, they have customer support and drivers can’t scam you.

Taxi industry in Istanbul is pretty much all scam, most drivers with no ethics and just trying to charge tourists more money… nothing short of being a thief

I was stranded in taxi opt never send put me in a difficult situation!

The app brought me the taxi that had different license plate than stated and they overcharged me x2. No meter even though I requested to be ridden with the meter.

The Drivers in Airport Antalya try to get double price from you even when you have confirmed order in application. They show you double prices on the photo and refuse to use taxometer. Poor service because of drivers in the airport.

Online payment not working

The entire taxi industry in Turkey is a scam. This app would match you with a driver after you spend tons of time to find a ride, then you need to put TIP BEFORE THER RIDE or turn taximeter. Even after they match drivers they constantly cancel rides because they picked up someone else on the way or they might message you a price that would be x2-3 of the estimated and if you don't agree they would cancel the ride. Horrible! The drivers smoke inside the car!! Uber is also nonexistent. Just use public transit which is way more convenient than trying to get a ride using this app and being scammed
