Bitdefender VPN: Fast & Secure

You at Bitdefender seriously need to find a better way for users to be able to access our other devices without having to login to it is actually fully secure and doesn’t take a long time to add our password and especially when it comes to all of these ridiculous so called scamming smart tvs it is actually a living nightmare trying to get a smart tv to login and especially if you’re details are highly complicated and complexed surely you could come up with something that is highly secure to help make this possible and easier I don’t know what the heck is going on but everything is acting very suspicious and this entire wireguard will not even connect whatsoever and even the Bitdefender mobile app isn’t even working and showing nothing but error warning and I had to fully shut everything down even my home network and even the mobile carrier is acting very suspicious and even Apple Store wouldn’t even work at all until a few minutes ago and I tried everything to get everything to work

The app is useless. It constantly will not connect to the vpn, or will be extremely slow to connect meaning 5-10 minutes which included troubleshooting on my part. There should not be such a delay when I switch from wifi to mobile network when leaving home. I tried all the troubleshooting options such as restarting my phone, changing vpn server location, checking setting etc. Absolutely NOT worth the money and will be requesting a refund. I

IThere is something very suspicious going on with all of these hired services and I have sent emails to support and even this vpn and we have been repeatedly told that it’s going to be fixed and nothing has happened and like I also told support we have seen that government and law are using some sort of new software or technology to totally turn off security and even vpns and so much for governments saying that they are increasing cybersecurity to protect people using the internet and who else’s hands is this sort of technology going to fall into the hands of sure that is really protecting peoples safety

I have used Bitdefender Antivirus Standard version and it included VPN, the only problem was it was not unlimited and I didn’t want to pay extra money from a third party site. I was sent an eBay promotion which had Bitdefender Premium for 10 devices for 1 year and the VPN was unlimited, the price was $64.99. At first I thought it was a scam and got in touch with the Bitdefender Sales team, who confirmed it was from them so I upgraded. It works really well and hides my IP address from trackers. Would I renew my subscription ? 100 % yes.

Regularly disconnects. Completely frustrating. Have to manually disable and reconnect in order to access web etc. Update. This app has become considerably worse. When the phone screen is off this vpn kills the wifi connection so if you don’t have mobile data activated for apps you will not get any notifications. If you’re moving between wifi networks, forget it. This app doesn’t connect automatically. I paid for the premium suite and feel this vpn is a complete ripoff

This app drains the phone battery so quickly I had to charge 6 times a day, with minimal phone use. It’s even actively using heaps of power with the phone sitting overnight with no other apps loaded or running. A VPN should be transparent since it’s literally just a setting within the phone’s network settings. What it’s doing in the background is anyone’s guess. BitDefender’s links to “support” within the various apps simply take you to web pages that are zero help. Unfortunately I paid for 12 months before I worked out that it was this app causing my battery life problems.

Been with Bitdefender and for years and now got its VPN product and enjoying it
