Just downloaded this app, but nothing works. It asked to check my internet connection when it works. I only got notifications something went wrong, when tried to unlock any books, can you help please?

I was not planning to prolong the subscription but it was taken automatically. It is impossible to find where I can get refund. And now I have the payment equal to the full payment of the ai supported subscription BUT I have the usual access to the books. Thus, could you please contact me and tell me how I can get the refund. I am not interested in the app and though I paid for it lat year I have not used it for at least 6 months.

Hi, you suggested special offer for Black Friday but when I try to upgrade my subscription according to the offer it doesn’t work((( is it a special marketing trick? Then it’s really pity, cause for such a good app it’s really strange policy

Great app, love the service, makes you save tons of time. However the is literally no management of the books that are saved to the library. Could you please add these: 1. Ability to create categories and moved saved books into these categories 2. Filtering (at least hide finished)

I can collect huge amounts of reading volume using this app

Really stupid waste of money for anyone. What is more stupid is point of view from developers that such a short extraction of information is somewhat beneficial and promoting knowledge.!

Guys!!! Thank you very much for your work! That’s so exciting! I’ve listened 52 books since last 3 months! Unbelievable! However, it’ll be more comfortable for usage if you add options: save collections( now if I want to listen interesting collection I need to save each book from there, change it please); button “add to fav” after finish listening (now I can only do it by closing the book tab, then move to the “finished” tab and only from there “add to fav” - very hard usecase) , also, if I finished a book at first time I see final page with recommendations of similar books, but if I listen it again I won’t see this recommendations and even final page - the book window closes and the app returns me to “saved” or “finished” page - sad:( And, finally, please add other languages: italian, french for instance. And it'll be sooo cooool
