Charging hell lot of fee for sending Bitcoin

I have been their customer for 4-5 years and everything was going fine until one day they decide to restrict my account out of the blue. When I asked why I can’t use their blockchain account , they said to me that we don’t know the reason but you can still use our defi wallet account which has private keys . Once they restricted my account they also blocked my access to the crypto that I had in blockchain account and after I said I need my refund they asked me for several documents and id which I provided to them. Even after providing all the information it’s been three weeks they still haven’t refunded my btc and stacks crypto and they don’t even have the courtesy to reply to my emails. It’s been a pathetic experience for me trying to get my crypto refunded back to me . I send them email every second still no reply to those emails and they don’t give you any date when are they gonna refund your crypto. I would request everyone not to store their hard earned crypto with this app cuz they don’t care about your money or you as a customer. Please be aware of their strategies to steal your crypto. May you guys don’t have to go through this cuz it is not a good experience at all. I am worried if I will ever get my crypto refunded back to me or not.

Guys this people have stolen my 2 years old BTC holdings and now reporting 0 zero on the Dashboard. I contacted with support team which is saying your deposit was made using private key which can’t be recovered. These cheaters have another gang which is called crypto assets recovery agents they’ve asked me 20% of my wallet BTC. Everywhere cheaters and fraudulents but crypto world and by name of Blockchain!!! I lost my money here at Blockchain.com … don’t buy a single Satoshi using this platform. These people are fraud… that’s it

Hi, I am using iphone 7. Whenever I try to open the app after entering password the app keeps on crashing. I am not able to open app. Please fix it.
