I genuinely love this app but with no dark mode ever since the latest major UI update it’s become unusuable to me, unfortunately.
I enjoy using the Bloom App, I find it helpful except for one feature. After you write out your thoughts and you then get your daily insights; that part can actually shame one to a certain degree because it’s a rating scale and you are trying to be honest about how you really feel. The daily insights can leave you feeling like you shouldn’t feel that way. Please consider changing that, so that we can freely share how we feel, without the fear of knowing that we our feelings are going to be rated. It can make one feel so invalidated. The Ai advice part is fine.
This app is extremely helpful. A feature that I would like to see in the app, is a mood tracking graph over time. Also a graph of your bloom score over time. This will help to see how you progress over time and will motivate you and remind you that changes are happening and that you have been improving. Also, I love the AI “today’s advice” section! It is extremely helpful. However, it only allows you to do 1 entry per day. It would be even more helpful if you could type in your thoughts multiple times a day in the “todays advice” section. It would also be helpful if you could review your previous AI “today’s advice” entries and responses, as the responses really provides insightful advice that I would like to review again. Thanks for this amazing app, it has helped me alot with my mental health. I have tried other mental health apps and always come back to this one and prefer this one, it is the best mental health app out there, guaranteed. It has helped me tremendously and is the best solution for someone who can’t afford therapy.
Paid the subscription for a year, now that the year is almost up they are trying to charge me for a full year again, my subscription is only over on 29 May 2023. There is no option I can follow to cancel the subscription, I then proceeded to send them an email and they are only trying to offer me discount instead of letting me unsubscribe.
Bloom has helped me daily to become aware of my emotions and helped me improve my negative emotions and cope with my anxiety. I love the videos of the presenters ❤️ They are so calming and empowering. I love that I can write responses which help me process my thoughts and emotions.
I signed up for a 7 day trial and they’ve taken yearly subscriptions from my account for 2 years! I reported to Apple and they only refunded 1 months’ subscription because that’s what I had opted for. I need out of this!!!! They’re not responding to my email.
It says 7 day free trial, upon selecting accept it charged me. The app sign up page is misleading. I would’ve never purchased right away without a trial. How upsetting.
This app does not work. Been trying to open it for the past three days, nothing. Cant tap on anything.
I’m struggling to understand how this app is supposed to help for the exorbitant fee it charges. It seems to just be an app journal where you log how you feel daily. There’s no real work being done or reflection on how to change any behaviors or thoughts or feelings. I feel terribly misguided and confused and more alone than before I found the app. What does it do? I’ve enabled notifications but there are no prompts to review oneself or get to the bottom of things. It’s vague and dismissive and bordering on making the depressive problems much worse.
