Booked a bus from this platform, went to the ticket counter and the person told me the bus timings are wrong. They did not refund my money and I had to buy another ticket. Stay away.

Worst app glitchy as hell

After reinstalling the application is continuously crashing.

To much bad experience connecting app

Overall above satisfactory, but recently after the new update , app is continuously crashing, and even not showing the terminals of the cities, unable to book the tickets.

Using iphone 13pro max, re-installed app, booked bus, selected cc payment, after applying otp i got success msg, app then redirect me to 404 page and my booking is in payment pending state.

This bookkaru app will waste your time worst app ever experienced in my life.

I booked a bus ticket, paid for it and no message received from the App and I can’t find any booking in the app. What is the damn purpose of creating apps like these which are there just to frustrate the public rather that facilitate. This is not the first time it happened with me. Now I am not sure if my money is wasted or what!!! Khuda ka khof kero koi sharam ko hath mari begherto!

I want to ask the developer of this apps( do you ever test this application by yourself? I can even register myself due to stuck interface on signup section. User profile I don’t see any contact update settings to update my contact. What a pathetic experience to use this app ever. Very immature development.

Don’t use this please. Better to book by call or using other services. They don’t give a F about customers
