Shows $0 due, yet I haven’t made the monthly payment and magically when I go to set up a payment (because I know things are due roughly mid-month) a due date finally appears in the calendar. Make it make sense. I thankfully set up my own reminder to check this account since the company fails to properly set their app with appropriate data - maybe they purposely do this to gain late fees?

I registered for online access and the credentials immediately don’t work and customer service explains that I must wait 10 days because changes were made to the acct. What kind of nonsense is this? Fix this garbage.

I love that I get payment invoices via bread finance that allow plenty of time to make my payments. It has been quick & easy so far. Thanks

App doesn’t work, just grayed out.

Just getting started with bread financial hopefully can get to a 5 star.

Extremely poor banking experience. Unable to download transaction history into excel file.

This app works for a few days, but than the screen on my phone goes white and I get nothing.

Web site is hard to navigate. I asked a question about payment and got back a long disjointed response that didn’t answer my question. I couldn’t find someone to talk to directly. Not happy.

It takes way to long for transactions and payments to post. Balances are always delayed.
