No in detail info on transactions in and out. Very confusing to navigate. Annoying to log back in with the face recognition- doesn’t always work and have to wait for company to authorise you. To able to send money straight away. When trying to call- line gets hung up etc. When having spoken to someone they have different info on their screen as to what you have in your app. (I.e you see a transaction and they don’t!) I DO NOT trust this app to transfer safely large amount of money- if my company didn’t make me use this for income there is no way I will use it ever again. Very unsettling how it is dealt with and with no way of getting through to someone to help you when moving LARGE amounts of money!

Lots of bugs in this app. Not user friendly at all and the facial recognition doesn’t work well. Seems cheaply made and needs much improvement.

The support received by the Brightwell team is commendable, always ready to assist , no matter what the issue is, and the follow up is great! The card itself is an excellent product, works perfectly anywhere, and never has a glitch. It is important to have an updated device so the card application which constantly updates can work well. I can say that financial charging issues appearing on the card are not generated by Brightwell but by the any other party involved in operations of transferring or paying. Personally I use Brightwell card to operate on to different accounts and have never come across anything abnormal other than standard procedures / charges that are practised by all banks. Dreadful app with bugs in it that doesn’t let you transfer money. The feedback given was to lower the amount of money transferred so that they could charge numerous times for transfer fees in order to transfer my money out or too use the web based service. This app is not fit for purpose.

Worked perfectly until 3 weeks ago. Now just says “something went wrong” Well that’s great thanks!! Shocking, not worth the download

Absolutely terrible service with regards this company, over 20 emails over a period of three week regarding issues with login. Now login in is fixed the app keeps crashing. I wish oceanpay wasn’t being dissolved it was so much better than this.

It takes more than a day for their customers service to respond to your question plus the transaction from the brightwell card to the local bank account takes a whole month if not a week, I would honestly rather use a different platform or app if I was given a choice but no I’m forced to use this garbage because of my company

Poor Customer Service

I lost my card over 2 weeks ago I contacted the company via email and the responded with a few questions. They later then blocked my account… that was ok with me. The rep asked for an address to send a replacement card provided the information and they later responded we are unable to send it there so I have a home address. Mind you I emailed them and let them know the country am in only do courier services or general post office. They still asking me for a home address. Mind you am already getting frustrated. I contacted my manager he sent me a replacement card because they have cards literally at their disposal. I tried to activate the card it gave an error, contacted the company by email the lady stated she unlocked it. Went back on the app I am seeing $10 deducted from my account and I still can’t activate a new card. Email them again the lady is saying she needs further information she will contact me again. This is going on for 2 Weeks. Came back to my account today another $10 was deducted ‼️ Tell me why y’all deduct $20 from my account and y’all never issued me a replacement card ❓And I still can’t activate my card
