Totally useless app. Reinstalled several times on different Apple devices, cleared cash memory and more data, and still can’t manage my bookings or check in. Looks like an app from the 80s. When accessing the booking it offers to access the app… from the app!! Multiple recurrent error messages including code 404 on the contacts link… Of course!!

Application assez bien faite au début mais devenant rapidement irritante par ses fenêtres qui n’aboutissent à rien et surtout impossibilité de pour enregistrer son vol et d’avoir ses cartes d’embarquement suite à chaque fois des problème techniques à 3 semaines d’intervalle.

It’s a a distasteful experience to use this application: slow, buggy and inconsistent.

Site was so busy then it didn’t give me the option to add more luggage’s!!! I tried many times and unfortunately the system doesn’t permit me to add a luggage online. Thank you in advance if you read me and try to help me before it’s too late and I’m in the airport with extra charges.

Pour deux voyageurs nous ne recevons qu’une carte d’embarquement via l’application Il serait plus simple d’afficher les cartes d’embarquement de tous les voyageur

Avant de pouvoir obtenir ma carte d’embarquement il a fallu que je rentre les détails de mon passeport. Jamais l’application ne m’a dit que ça manquait. J’ai passé 30 minutes sans savoir quoi faire. Avant de deviner. De plus l’app n’acceptait pas mon e-mail pro qui est pourtant valide. Incapable de valider une adresse e-mail correctement. Il a fallu que j’utilise mon e-mail perso.

Slow, doesn’t update check in done through a browser, links to its website which then suggests opening the app; that’s lame. Would not let me check in to its own connecting flight because it was over 24 hours from that departure. BA has lots of work to do. Presumably, they are better at flying.

Impossible de se connecter à son compte et obtenir sa carte exécutive ( silver ) depuis 1 mois nécessaire pour l accès aux lounges . Le reste fonctionne . Dommage .

Deux heures pour s’enregistrer en ligne, inadmissible !

Good afternoon BRITISH AIRWAYS , 1 ) Concerning the APP BA , perhaps could it be judicious to get a direct link from the App BA to download : iOS 15.0 . Because it took me a certain time to update my old Apple 6 S plus smartphone. Otherwise the App BA functions very well . 2 ) I could not get my Boarding Pass immediately just after the online Check-in opened for my Flight BA0361 from LYS to LHR on 3rd June 2024 and I had to contact your Customer service in UK . I had the same problem when coming back from Washington DC Dulles to FRANCE on 26th May 2023 with Flight 0216. There was a « Bug » a few times. Perhaps do we have to get more Patience ? But it worried me a little…. However these waiting moments will not prevent me from flying with BRITISH AIRWAYS as a Passenger. Kind regards PONTI Claire
