Literally can’t pair a device via either wifi or the QR code. Will be returning this junk

As always, connects to most if not all appliances and same with the options. Great to go hands free. Found them ages ago and been using them since as it has both rf and ir.

App keeps stalling all the time. Trying to update existing backup. The app has wiped off Name and model number previously provided and not letting me enter again either. These are “mandatory” fields

I wish there was a visual indicator on the app that a powered on unit actually turned on. When powering on a device when away from home via the app, I have no indication that the action was successful until returning home.

I tried to create an account and the verification email is not being received. I tried to add my device without having an account and every time it fails. I’ve entered the correct 2.4 wifi details and the RM3 is ‘fast blinking’ ready to connect. No luck. Update: I eventually got it all working but now the stupid app has completely forgotten my devices and settings and making me do it again.
