Great but…
I wish there was a visual indicator on the app that a powered on unit actually turned on. When powering on a device when away from home via the app, I have no indication that the action was successful until returning home.

RM3 Mini not working
I tried to create an account and the verification email is not being received. I tried to add my device without having an account and every time it fails. I’ve entered the correct 2.4 wifi details and the RM3 is ‘fast blinking’ ready to connect. No luck. Update: I eventually got it all working but now the stupid app has completely forgotten my devices and settings and making me do it again.

Just ok
Bought name brand Mitsubishi air conditioner s but they are not available in the drop down menus. After trying a few different controllers one mostly works but misses out many of the other buttons. Trying to learn buttons was very hit and miss. It also doesnt sync to the current settings if the air conditioner was already turned on manually. Overall rather disappointing
Can't run scenes today
It used to run scenes but today scenes fail despite the individual device control buttons in the app working. Tried rebooting the app and the device. Activating scenes via Siri good when it works. Use to be able to use my Apple Watch Siri commands to run scenes but that stopped working a long time ago. Agree with previous review about a flakey and unreliable product with quirky GUI. Having to confirm OK after running a scene is ridiculous user interface design. Difficult to find devices to match your hardware eg tv or Foxtel box - basic devices that millions of people have like Foxtel are old or not listed or barely working. Not sure what to do now, the whole point of the app for me is to string device commands together into scenes. UPDATE: scenes started working again the next day, thankfully. It's a workable little box once you get it running ok.
