BroadLink

Ordered the device to try and use as a universal remote. First off, doesn’t support my device and the generic options don’t work well enough to use. Second issue, this app and device is nothing but a data harvesting machine. The permissions and data it requires has zero to do with the app functionality. Closed and deleted my account and device is headed back to Amazon.

Very hard to configure. My remote still not connected to Alexa, impossible to control my device by Alexa, only with BroadLink application, which isn’t helpful . And I’m an electrical engineer…
