Does not work with 5 G wifi, why%

Very good apps. Work good with Moovair heat pomp. Only issues is nothing to turn off led on head pomp wall. Only way to turn off led is with Moovair wireless remote proprietary controller.

App is not responding due to “long press to edit your card including delete, rename” bubble which can’t be cleared (unclearable on iPhone se, probably due to screen size). I can no longer remote control my unit because of this. Please fix.

No manual? No instructions? Poor communication! Why does the inside temp change depending if I’m in cool mode or dry mode?

Could be a great app, if these issues were fixed: 1- The app keeps login you out if you happen to use one account on 2 devices. Very annoying. 2- The schedule function consistently starts 1/2 hour prior to the specified start time. Very strange, and very inconvenient.

What’s up with all those sign in error with the new « agree » checkbox on V5.13.0728.20230728_01 It will only work if I am launching the app from the same device. If I then use another device, I have to agree to the terms again and hit sign in (instead of auto sign in)

Functions of this application work well. It just annoys me that it logs me off very frequently. I would like to see it work with the Apple Home system and Siri.

Weather is incorrect even if I check accuweather website and compare with app data. Fix it.

Apple Watch still not working. App installed on Apple Watch is watchappkit and not Nethome Plus. Error message " no device found, Please add device trough APPon your iPhone "

This app works well with my three heat pump wall units, but the AppleWatch app is useless. It keeps saying to add a device on the iPhone app when three devices already have been added there abd are working! I hope they develop a fix soon.
