I love this app it really makes me learn with the actual lessons

would be very nice if EVERYTHING wasn’t paywalled.

The app is superb for learning so far. The only thing that could improve it would be A WIDGET that reminds you of your streak!

first impression of the app, way better than duolingo

I already pay for the Plus membership and during lesson I can’t even see explanations when I have errors because everything I’m asked to switch to Platinum membership. And for the price, it’s not even real voice and it is sometimes difficult to understand (I learn Japanese)

Nicely sequenced learning app for beginners, like me, however when I make a mistake and the correct answer is shown, it has too much kanji. I can’t always understand where I went wrong. Also, the print is way too small.

I fully recommend this app to learn Japanese. Definitely one of the best apps out there.

I purchased a lifetime license for this app with the intent to learn Japanese. Unfortunately the app sets arbitrary timers to stop you from studying until you wait 4 hours. So if you only have 1-2 hours to study per day, you can only study 3-13 characters per day (depending what the app decides) which takes about 1 minute to complete, and then you have to wait until the next day. You can repeat the lessons as much as you want, but they are not randomized, and they spoil the answers. For example, it will ask you to trace Su, so you know what su looks like, then the very next question shows you the character you just traced and asks you what it is. I found myself having memorized the lesson, but since I can’t test my knowledge, I haven’t actually learned any of the characters and have to go to other sites to practice. Devs, please let users disable the timer if they want. It unnecessarily bottlenecks progress, and after paying $50USD I shouldn’t have to use other websites and apps to learn Japanese. Support is very good. Devs reply to feedback after a few days.
