The bunq is very nice bank 🏦 I’m very happy.

I only have good things to share. Easy to open an account, wonderful app.

Je ne parviens pas à recevoir une transaction internationale (depuis le Brésil, via reçu en ligne) car le numéro IBAN que la banque me propose n'est pas accepté. il est trop grand et ne fonctionne pas du tout. J'aimerais savoir comment procéder, à part ça j'apprécie la plateforme !

Aplicativo intuitivo, muito fácil de usar. Tenho experiência com outros bancos digitais europeus e, sem dúvida, um dos melhores.

Deveria ter a possibilidade de quem mora no brasil abrir conta. Eu penso eu mudar para a Holanda mas antes gostaria de abrir uma conta para juntar dinheiro.

Bunq is a great bank, clearly ahead of all competition when it comes to “digital banks”. 3 stars go to the fact that the latest version of the app, “V3”, has completely ruined the overall experience. Given the branding around it, I’m not sure we will see a “revamp” to make it work as before anytime soon - disappointing.

The best account of Europe!

With the new update the app lost the simplicity that the original design had, it lost the “light mode” because now the app is in “dark mode” all the time. Things like the new tab “Us” are secondary when you think about a banking app, basically the user just want to access its bank account and not know about posts with bunq hashtag or things like this. The app also fixed “planted trees” to users that are not part of the “Green” subscription, what make it useless in homescreen. “Time saved” is also super secondary, metrics like this shouldn’t be in home, it’s good for bunq marketing but not for the user. Baixei (e completei o cadastro) interessado em usar o TravelCard, mas o App apenas até de pessoas com residência permanente na União Europeia. Se é assim, para que disponibilizar o app na App Store do Brasil? :-/

I've been using BUNQ for 3 months, and I have nothing to complain about. User-friendly, to the point and keep everything in very straightforward usability. Keep up the good work guys (maybe adding a web version plattform)
