I am very happy with Bunq, traveling, transacting and budgeting, whilst growing a forest!
I wanted to login in the latest app version but I get a new device alert (I have to authenticate the new device but I’m still using the same device as always…). Is this legit? Feels a bit sketchy with all the scams going on lately. I also didn’t receive an email with the release notes from bunq (which according to Dutch media was sent to all their clients). So not sure if this authentication is required/to be trusted. Would be great to get a response!
Good app easy to use fast response
I am extremely disappointed with Bunq's service. Our business account was suddenly closed due to "suspicious activity," and we have no way to restore it on our own. No one contacted us beforehand, even though all our transactions are within the EU and should raise no concerns. As you know, Bunq's customer support is practically non-existent. We were expecting funds to be received when our account was blocked, leaving us without support. After two hours, they told us to "reset the code," but their app doesn't have this option. They advised us to delete and reinstall the app to reset the code. Now, I've been trying to reset the code for 30 minutes, but it keeps saying, "Please wait a few minutes before trying again." This is unacceptable. Moreover, I pay 18 euros for each account, and I have three accounts. For such a high cost, the service should be far better. I strongly advise any business considering Bunq to look elsewhere for reliable banking services. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
Nieuwe rad van fortuin is een flinke misser! Erg jammer want ik draaide altijd met plezier. Nu is het zo’n lange saaie procedure geworden dat de lol eraf gaat.
Why in god’s name is there a casino-type mechanic in a banking app? Please at least let me remove or disable this horrible feature. I’m guessing it improves retention, but it’s terribly manipulative.
The app’s UI and UX is terrible. - Don’t join bunq! Rather than improving the UI and mainly the usability, bunq priorities further developing the “wheel of fortune”. It’s very unclear when something creates additional costs - you only figure out when you get billed. The functionalities (tech) is great, but man do I dislike using this app. Really awful experience.
I used to use the app daily to spin the wheel, but now that it’s been ruined I have little use for the app anymore.
Absolutely love the easiness in this app! I’m a fan.🌳
