2014 model audi a5 için birçok kodlama özelliği çalışmıyor. Uygulamada Türkçe dil özelliği eklenmesi gerek. Arıza tespiti ve onarım önerileri harika.

I have a problem which occurred after the last update. The uploading board comes until 90% however it does not go after that. It does not ending and stays there. I could not find your mail address. I hope you will see and help me.

Vere bad customer servise
I have been using the product for 2 years and it was working well. Suddenly it stopped working for the coding and i am told that it is because of chip tuning on the car. I assume this happened because of a recent update because it was working before. So i was planning to cancel the subscription because i was not able to use it anymore. In the same week i saw that my subscription is renewed automatically and i asked them to cancel and refund on the same day. They refused to do that by simply saying it is not possible. They were so unresponsive in their replies to the messages. Definitely not a company that you can trust on customer service. They just took money from me for something i am not able to use but lost me forever.
