The app is good, extremely useful and perfect for INSIDE cruise, when inside the cruise, there’s not much information about activities if you need to buy items. Example: bingo nights, it didn’t say how much the bingo cards were or the deal/no deal. The “Chat” is NOT free, you pay and person you want to chat with pays, even if it’s same cabin.

It has so much potential! It works really well when the WiFi is working on the ship.

The app is great for keeping you in the loop! Super easy to navigate. Struggled with the chat feature within our group though; messages we delayed significantly which caused some chaotic glitches in plans.

I really liked that all of the ship’s activities were located in one spot. I also like the texting feature for the numbers of our family to keep in contact while on the ship

Just returned from 8 day cruise NYC-Caribbean-NYC. Chat feature allowed our 7 family members to stay in touch and What’s Happening enabled us to plan our daily activities. Great tool for scheduling our dining room family meals. This app worked well for us!

The app works well when the WiFi on the ship worked. I could use it but my friend could not and we had the same service.

Usually quite dependable and consistent…not on the Venezia. App went down many times per day, had to continually refresh the carnival Wi-Fi, many msgs not delivered…and then even lost after reading. Overall a frustrating experience with the app on the carnival Venetia.

Easy to navigate and made my vacation easier to be aware of all that was happening!

Great App, EVEN GREATER CREW. THE BEST TIME.
