While the app was charged $5 per user, the connection was pretty spotty and messages were undelivered many times making it hard to collaborate. Also group messages weren’t supported so was audio or pictures or copy/paste feature. Would appreciate a audio message or call feature and gos navigator to locate a spot /person.

It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience

It’s a beautiful experience for both of us - the sea, smooth sailing and friendly attitude of all crew members. Food was good and good seating arrangements too! The announcement system needs some improvement. We are happy our sons chose this cruise as a birthday gift to me!

App is excellent one. This app can also handle the manual disembark, which was done for Half moon cay. Also this app can smoothly disembark the guest at Baltimore, more smoothly. The manual announcement should also be displayed in voice form in this app. With the advancement of IT , this app can handle all the announcements , that were also done manually. It is important, as the announcement were not audible in the room. For vegetarians, the table in the Restaurant should be in one corner of the area. I was having a huge problem being vegetarian to sit in Restaurant & eat with so many other people having non vegetarian food. Your cruise is not suitable for vegetarian people. One vegetarian Corner for Buffet should be added (may be small one) to ease out vegetarian people.

Quality of Food was good but wastage by Travellers was paining. You must take initiative to educate them to reduce it. This becomes priority due to Food Draught in the World and suffering of people.
