Definitely recommend this app to have on your phone while cruising. It notifies you for all the things you want to do. I did sometimes get a lot of the same notification for just 1 event. But better too much then too little I guess 😅 Also nice that you can chat with each other and make dinner plans with other cruisers you’ve just met. I do prefer to also see some visuals immediately when I decide on what to do that day. Now you only see that when you click on it. (Or maybe I’m just spoiled by tiktok and instagram 🤣) Overall it was a nice first cruise and a helpful app!

Show the map with ship's position and speed in the app, in addition to tv channel 32. Have transcriptions of important announcements available in the app. For instance, delays or itinerary changes. Wall of Moments did not work. The screen stayed blank. Have the port times and emergency contact numbers available even when you're not connected to Carnival Wifi. For the MDR menu, show pictures of dishes in the app. For instance, on the crab cake entree there were 2 large crab cakes. We could have amended the order to just one and have less food waste. Also for MDR, have guest pre-order the entire meal via the app. That saves at least 15 minutes waiting for food to arrive.

As an older person I thought this app is and was really good! Very easy to find the information you need and information from the ship was being sent to you

This apps helps a lot to see what there is to do on the cruise ship. It’s a bid sad that they charge you 5dollars to message fellow passengers, 4 starts because of that.

Awesome app for a awesome cruise.

The Hub app is an awesome app that we use every single time we cruise. It is a great way to navigate your time on the ship. We especially use the What’s Happening feature to mark all the activities we’d like to do, so we have a good overview. We also use the chat tool a lot, when I’m out in the early morning and my husband gets up later, I can let him know where I am. They’ve also recently added weather forecast for all ports. The ship map is great for when you don’t yet know your way around. We can’t wait to use the app again on our next cruise!

The app is good, extremely useful and perfect for INSIDE cruise, when inside the cruise, there’s not much information about activities if you need to buy items. Example: bingo nights, it didn’t say how much the bingo cards were or the deal/no deal. The “Chat” is NOT free, you pay and person you want to chat with pays, even if it’s same cabin.

It has so much potential! It works really well when the WiFi is working on the ship.

The app is great for keeping you in the loop! Super easy to navigate. Struggled with the chat feature within our group though; messages we delayed significantly which caused some chaotic glitches in plans.
