You will never found the service of the company. When you are buying something, you can receive an empty box. And you can’t get your money back. I can’t use this app again.

I don’t get it how the auction works. If I have the highest bid and then says that the offer was to low why isn’t there a starting price ?

I was trying to verificate me personal information because I couldn’t do the registration and they never answered to my email. I wrote them in 2 different emails BEFORE 2 months. The worst experience of all times. Waste of time.

They sell broken items , and when you rate for this they delete the rates they don’t like .. just against all public free opinion , The biddings now there are so many spam fake accounts from sellers they bit last minute to overtake the price they are looking for , and for the end shipping cost almost 100% more expensive than real price and no one stop this .. one start just because there is no zero

Probably this is a major spam application. After 3 months of contacting the seller and the application, seller did not find a way to send to Greece refusing and send back the money. All this “bids are binding” apply only for the buyer. No help provided from the application. They did not push the seller and the seller is still selling. Totally untrustworthy. I recommend Apple look at this app again. I can provide all emails. No compensation given.

Used watches are over-estimated and sold too expensive

Worst custom service ever. Blocked me from bidding for not paying an item that the seller canceled. I got just one automated response.

Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο και δεν καταλαβαίνω το λόγο που μπλοκάρετε , χωρίς καμία απτή δικαιολογία , την προσπάθεια μου να συμμετάσχω σε δημοπρασία με δικά μου αντικείμενα... συγκεκριμένα το ένα από τα δυο που κατέθεσα προς εκτίμηση σπο τον ειδικό σας, ενα ρολόι γυναικείο zenith αγορασμένο από το Catawiki σε δημοπρασία που κέρδισα σε εσάς...δεν εγκρίθηκε !
