Catawiki won’t refund my money even though I never received my item. The seller has agreed to full refund but Catawiki won’t give it back. Stay away from this company

Sold more than 6 objects and they did not paid to me after 1 month , sellers paid after 2 days and Catawiki has my money and they not reply because customer Service is not working.

Unable to verify phone number, cannot create a functional account.

Bought two rings they are tiny photos made them look much bigger ripped off

Try to bid on a gold 18 k bracelet and they won’t let me ,keep say can’t make any bid because outstanding item to be clear !

I had a bid earlier today on this watch… minutes to go I received notice I was outbid… so I re entered site to find I was locked out both on my phone and I pad…. Site re activated after bidding closed … the term oops something went wrong is not acceptable and leaves a very bad taste not to use site again…. As I work for DATA PROTECTION IRELAND who incidentally looks after All matters Europe I have asked my office to investigate this matter. Regards Paul foster Cc do/Dublin office

I would like more options to purchase items. Should a larger items have to be shipped, there are too many items,that are collecting only.

Be warned: you will receive multiple rounds of “feedback” from their experts when you list. They’ll first offer you a list of things you should have included (fine) but then they’ll continue to send feedback until you’re correctly capitalising descriptions and adding the most insane details to the listing. It doesn’t help buyers and it makes selling hell. Do not list on this app.
