Easy open account
My account is locked from 48 hours i mail to CBD and also i try there coutomers support conatact number but there is no response from coutomers support and i am out of country .. shame on CBD
One of the worst customer service I have ever seen by a financial institution (banks etc.), I have requested a new debit card and after 4 days I even didn’t receive a single call from the bank. Very poor performance to deals customers properly. I hope the senior management will take it consideration. Thank you

New emirates id not scanning
I must say ENBD liv account service is far better than CBD digital account. I have register my account 7 days ago through CBD digital app & today empost person came for delivery and registration. The person who came to do registration has no idea how to register it and infront of us he choose to pick decline option instead of retry appearing at the screen. I asked him why he needs to decline as per his statement they have to regenerate the PIN but end story i received a confirmation msg from CBD that account has been closed. In short card not delivered to me and empost delivery guy left. Upon enquiry with CBD helpline 60057556 Ms.Habiba told me that account is closed and i need to visit CBD branch because i have provided incorrect information while doing registration. If i agree to her statement can anyone tell me from CBD why application not rejected earlier and got rejected at the time of delivery at the same moment when empost applied decline option and why your bank representative was asking me to visit branch for a solution of digital account which cannot be entertained at branch level. 15 December: Finally got a call from CBD after 2 weeks of complain .what a quick service! The spokesperson Mr Nelson Dmello unfortunately instead to providing me the solution he is also telling me i m not able to open the digital account as it is been rejected! And i can only open a normal account by visiting any of there branch! This is a pathetic service its better not to waste your precious time with CBD .there are many other banks with good customer service and better facility.
