Worked at the beginning then various malfunctions, no payments possible, balance not correctly stated…

The application is good but it has also the following weakness; 1. Doesn’t have additional security protocols like one time OPT password linked with phone number of the client or email of the client to ensure robust security. 2. The application doesn’t provide options for downloading statements and transactions.

Where to find the verification key because it is asking me again and again but I couldn’t find it

I enter my PIN code, but it says authentication failed. Consequently, I’m unable to access my bank account or send money. It’s incredibly frustrating.
