CBE Mobile Banking(New)

since one month ago i couldn’t use my application app even i was try to help nearest bank and they say we dont know what happen they had bad experience

It always says ’sync failed’ and doesn’t work most of the time. It doesn’t have online help unless a customer personally go to the bank for every error on the app ( rest , reload and change of mobile apparatus ) . It doesn’t fit for a big bank like CBE.

It ain’t work.fix the problem

I previously using this app and it’s outstanding. But when I buy new or reset my phone even when I uninstall this app and reinstall it, it always asking me verification key. But in order to get verification I have to go to CBE bank to send me verification key. This way the bank’s employees are frustrating and also customer too. So here is my suggestion. If Customers order that Verification key right from their MOBILE BANKING that uses mobile phone through 889 it better and secure. Please think about it. THANKS!!
