No way to display or download a statement
Only the last few transaction listing is available to view on the app. This is silly, we should be able to download statement without going to a bank branch (with poor services)
Poorly developed.
For such a large bank, the app is useless. It doesn’t even have Face ID login feature which is a standard feature in home developed apps.

Barely works. Hasn’t given me access to my account for a week.
Payment to beneficiary is not working
After the last update the payment to beneficiary does nit work. It gets you through to the last step to not work. As I use the beneficiary feature a lot, this is a very bad user experience issue. It has been a long time since this bug appeared and I have not been using the app to transfer money to other people after that.

The app stopped working after the latest update for my IPhone 6 Plus phone

The agents are unreachable!! Poor call centre!! They don’t pickup calls! My money was deducted due to their system error and I wasn’t able to get it back until now it’s been 3 weeks!
It’s the most dull and annoying system
The worst app system ever.
