Displeased
Very difficult for my husband to get into his account. Have been to two banks to straighten this out and all they say is get on line. He does not use a computer. Give older citizens a break here. Did not have a problem with the old format!

Thank you for this banking service when the weather is inclement and the roads are slippery or I am without a vehicle for transportation on a particular day. Your service representative was friendly, kind and informative on how to manipulate the process. He was susinst and helped me understand completely.

Horrible hours of service
Fraudulent action on my account over the weekend on a Saturday and could not get any assistance, was told by an automated service that I would need to wait until Monday after 8am. Thank you for protecting my hard earned money that I entrust with you.

WORST BANK EVER!
DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK! bank with this bank if you want your password changed without you knowing, then having them tell you they can’t tell you what they changed the password too because that’s a privacy violation! bank with this bank if you want your card froze every weekend of december! and you can’t contact them on weekends because they are the ONLY BANK to ever close on weekends and have no help for people needing it, since they lock your card without telling you! bank with this bank if you want you’re MONEY STOLEN! bank with this bank if you want to keep buying cards because your bank doesn’t know how to unlock your card after they froze it! i’ve never heard a good thing about cbna ever! this bank is the WORST BANK EVER!
Slow and Glitchy
This app is very slow and glitchy. Half the time it doesn't load my balance information correctly or I'll get into the app and it logs me out instantly. You are better off going to an atm to check your balance and going into the bank to deposit your checks
