Easy and very effective!

Great people even though I’m not text savvy. They’re very great help thank you for everything.

My phone was recently turned off and I really need access to my bank account information. I can’t access that because even though I have a secure password and email, which is plenty for me, they insist to send you a code to your phone, which not everyone has at all times. The stupid phone code every single time which makes passwords pointless to begin with was already irritating because it made checking my account real quick take a lot longer. Now, I can’t even check my balance because they need me to put in a stupid code every time I log in. very frustrating and irritating online banking experience..

This has been a great app historically, the only reason it get any stars, but it has now not worked for me for weeks. A pretty big pain not to be able to access your finances! Please fix this ASAP, I may need to switch banks soon otherwise.

The app is no longer supported on anything older than iOS 16.0. My phone is an iPhone 7, which yes is a bit old, but there is no reason that the app worked fine a month or two ago but is now completely incapable of running or showing my information.

This app doesn’t work. Update doesn’t work.

The updates are terrible put it back the way it was

I’m totally bummed out that I can not use this banking app on my iPad anymore. Please Fix this . I shouldn’t have to buy a new iPad to use your app.
